1. Product License (WordPress Pack)
The WP Super Pack which consists of WordPress themes, plugins, extensions, and snippets provided on digitenet.com are licensed under the GNU General Public License (link).
These products and any other material presented on the site are available for personal use only. If you want to use the products for commercial (business) purposes, you should buy them directly from the developers. You can use those products on your clients’ websites without reselling them (charging directly for plugin/theme).
We do not provide any license or trial/commercial keys needed for the automatic updating of these products. All products presented on the website operate in full and on an unlimited number of websites (domains). No license keys are needed.
All WordPress Themes, Plugins & Extensions listed in the DIGITENET directory are developed by third-party developers and redistributed by DIGITENET under the terms of the General Public Licence (GPL). DIGITENET is not associated with or endorsed by the developers of any items featured on this site and doesn’t offer any additional author services like author’s Support and License Keys.
2. Product Support (WordPress Pack)
DIGITENET products and designs are provided “as is”, with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third-party components and plugins. No support will be provided via email.
Third-party products provided are supported by their authors and not by DIGITENET. Please review the support terms provided by the author of a product before purchasing it.
We only support our Products, and additionally, we may offer basic installation support for all WordPress products sold on this website. We do not give general WordPress support.
If you need professional support from the author you should consider purchasing the products directly from the author.
3. Product Delivery
Once payment has been confirmed, you can download the purchased products on your account page in the “My Downloads” section. This usually occurs within 10-15 minutes after the payment is completed. You will also receive a letter in your email with information about how to download the product. Please use a valid email address when registering.
4. Product Updates
All WP Super Pack products are purchased with the possibility of free downloads and updates for one year from the date of purchase or lifetime if you have chosen a lifetime package.
Ebooks, Videos, Articles, etc. are purchased with the possibility of download access for one month from the date of purchase. This means your download will expire after one month.
Membership, Payment, and Price Changes
We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on our website. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue all or part of the downloads with or without notice. Further, we may add new downloads with or without notice. Prices of any products are subject to change at any time by posting the changes to our website.
5. Customer Accounts
Customers will be required to create an account when purchasing any products. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not permitted to share and/or distribute their account login details. Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to immediately notify DIGITENET of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. DIGITENET will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from customer failure to comply with these terms. Please note that DIGITENET requires that all users be over the age of 18 to have a customer account.
6. Payment and Renewal
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay DIGITENET the one-time fees for the digital goods. We don’t offer subscriptions or recurring payments. We will never charge you again. Payments are not refundable.
7. Account Termination and Suspension
DIGITENET reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice, in its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated.
Examples of reasons for termination include: 1) Abusive behaviour and/or excessive negativity towards the DIGITENET staff and/or other DIGITENET customers; 2) Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against DIGITENET, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing DIGITENET products; 3) Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts; 4) DIGITENET reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons.
If we do decide to permanently terminate your DIGITENET account you must not apply for a new account as unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome.
9. Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing a subscription or any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms.
If the digital product is unusable, we need time to try to fix it. Otherwise, we will make a refund.
10. Fair Use Policy
We operate a fair use download/Access policy. DIGITENET is for real individual people and businesses to use, using their real details. Otherwise specified, It is NOT for other websites to use for the purpose of adding to their stock. This is expressly forbidden and will lead to immediate account termination. No refunds will be provided.
11. Guarantees
We guarantee that any digital product purchased on the website does not contain any malware, viruses, or advertising. However, we do not give you any guarantees that the products purchased on the website will operate exactly as you wish; not guaranteed to operate exactly the same as per the new update released compared to the older one; such as new bugs found.
12. Privacy Policy
Any information provided by the buyer will be used solely for the purposes of the transaction, delivery, and notifications about the new software products and solutions to any customer service issues. By registering on the website, you give your consent to receiving messages via e-mail (newsletter subscription). If you want to opt out of receiving these messages, please notify us. FOR EXAMPLE, DIGITENET DOESN’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE GOODS OR SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE GOODS AND SERVICES “AS IS”.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DIGITENET, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIGITENET TO USE DIGITENET’S GOODS AND/OR SERVICES.
IN ALL CASES, DIGITENET, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
